No pick for Cavs in first round

The talk around Cleveland before the NBA Draft was that the Cavs would try to trade into the bottom of the first round of tonight's event.

It is believed Cleveland was trying to work a trade/sale during picks 16-26, with strong interest in acquiring Eric Bledsoe. Bledsoe was drafted and traded from the Oklahoma City Thunder, however, to the Los Angeles Clippers for a future first-round pick.

The Cavs are interested in finding a young big man to eventually take over at center for the aging Zydrunas Ilgauskas.

Depending on who is available, the Cavs still may make a move into the second round. Three centers were taken with the first three picks of the that round, however.
